Well, what do you know! Christmas is just a little over a month away. How time flies, doesn't it? The malls and stores and even the hotels downtown are already decked with beautiful Christmas decorations. I love those christmas elf ornaments. They sure do brighten up the Christmas tree, don't you think? Christmas season is a happy season, not forgetting the activities that go along with it keeping everyone busy dashing around shopping and getting things done. So remember to keep your health up in order to be healthy enough to enjoy the happy season.
