A friend has been singing praises about a new piece of furniture that she recently bought. It's a bed. When she showed me the brochures, I could imagine the comfort she must be experiencing from one of those modern platform beds. No wonder she's coming in early to work these days and am able to work later hours. She must be very well-rested in such a wonderful bed.

How to sleep well
