Papaya-Avocado Salad

We all know that fresh fruits and vegetables are good for our body but how many of us take adequate amounts of them. Salads are therefore a great way to increase our intake of fresh fruits and vegetables.



Here is a recipe for a Papaya-Avocado salad that has all the goodness - low calorie, high fibre, low sodium, low choleserol, low saturated fat and heart healthy.
