Memory Boost

As we progress in age, we tend to lose memory or not remember things that clearly. However, research suggests that we can boost our memory by exercising it daily.

There are lots of ways of doing this. We could try recalling details we haven't thought off in years or we could play some memory games to exercise our brain. Some say that our brain is the best computer there is but is it really as efficient as a computer memory? I wonder who has that answer.
