Conscious Effort for Better Health

Probably the reason why more and more people are becoming obese could be attributable to unhealthy eating habits and lack of exercise. As lifestyles become packed with activities, people have less time to prepare meals. A quick bite here and there could be the usual routine and there is no shortage of new fastfood joints as getting a fastfood franchise is not all that difficult. If people have no time to eat proper meals, would they have time for exercise? The key to better health would require a conscious effort.
