Watch Your Weight

Today, our affluent and busy life-style has caused our health to deteriorate. The food we eat, our busy schedule, all contribute to our poor health.

According to a Dutch study, being moderately overweight or obese increases the risk for developing coronary heart disease independent of cardiovascular risk factors.

Therefore, it is important that we place emphasis to watching the food we eat, the quantity we eat, have enough rest and exercise so that we maintain good health to be able to lead a more productive and meaningful life.
