Miami Flat Fee MLS

I met up with a couple of friends for lunch the other day. It was a good catch-up session as always. We make it a point to meet once a quarter. We keep each other abreast with what's going on in our life. Pat was lamenting about her paying high fees for listing her property with several real estate agents. It's been months but her property is still not sold. She said wish we have the same kind of deal as the Miami flat fee mls, then she wouldn't have to spend so much on listing fees.
