Reduce Stress in Your Life
Stress is contributed by many factors including worry, having to meet job deadlines, moving house, change in job, divorce, yes, even marriage preparations, commuting to and from work, and other daily grind chores not forgetting the tedium of repetitive tasks of stamping documents, day in and day out.
If you fall into this trap of having to stamp documents in your job, you may want to consider getting a more sophisticated custom rubber stamp to alleviate you of such a time-consuming mundane little chore and get rid of this stress point from you life. We should always strive to improve our life in whatever way we can, however small.

10 Healthful Foods
We often eat food that we are fond of eating - some, not for their benefits. Perhaps we need to focus more on what goes into us, at least for health reasons.
Here are ten superfoods you may want to consume more of for better health.
1. Beets - great for fighting cancer. Eat them raw for a full effect of the nutrients. Even the leaves and stems are edible.
2. Cabbage - contains cancer-fighting enzymes higher than any other plant chemical.
3. Guava - has a higher concentration of lycopene -- an antioxidant that fights prostate cancer. Guys may want to take note.
4. Swiss chard - Hidden in the leafy-greens cooler of your market, you'll find this slightly bitter, salty vegetable, which is actually native to the Mediterranean. It contains carotenoids that protect your retinas from the damage of aging. This vegetable can also be stirred fried.
5. Cinnamon - helps control your blood sugar, which influences your risk of heart disease. No need for the fancy oils and extracts sold at vitamin stores; just sprinkle the stuff that's in your spice rack (or in the shaker at Starbucks) into your coffee or on your oatmeal.
6. Purslane - an antioxidant that may inhibit cancer growth, Purslane has the highest amount of heart-healthy omega-3 fats of any edible plant. It is a broad-leaved weed and is a popular vegetable and herb in many other countries, including China, Mexico, and Greece.
7. Pomegranate juice - found to decrease high-blood pressure.
8. Goji berries or wolfberries - a highly-effective antioxidant. These potent berries have been used as a medicinal food in Tibet and China for thousands of years. They can be eated dried or fresh.
9. Dried plums or prunes - contains high amounts of antioxidants that fight cancer. Great for the bowel system too.
10. Pumpkin seeds - contains a high level of magnesium and for men, it prevents early death.
Okay, you have heard a lot of 'antioxidants' but what does it mean? I could not have put it any better so here is what 'antioxidants' is, explained is simple, easy-to-understand terms, straight from abc news.
Antioxidants, Explained
The science is clear: Plant foods are good for you. And the credit often goes to chemicals they produce called antioxidants. Just as the name suggests, antioxidants help protect your cells against oxidation. Think of oxidation as rust. This rust is caused by free radicals, which are unstable oxygen atoms that attack your cells, inducing DNA damage that leads to cancer. Thankfully, antioxidants help stabilize free radicals, which keeps the rogue atoms from harming your cells.
So by eating more antioxidant-rich foods, you'll boost the amount of the disease-fighting chemicals floating in your bloodstream. The result: Every bite fortifies your body with all-natural preventive medicine.

How to Promote Your Company
How time flies. We are almost at the end of yet another year. December is both a time to consolidate for the year and for planning for the next. With the economy at what it is currently, companies are putting in extra effort with their plans especially where expenditure is concerned.
However, some spending is necessary to continue to secure market share. Company promotional products play an important role in making sure the company stays fresh in the public's eye. Promotional products need not be costly as there are really nice ones that do not cost too much, yet can go a long way in promoting the company.

Horse Supplies
A friend and his family have a ranch in Dallas, Texas. I wonder where do they get their horse supplies. The other day, I came across a website that stocks horse supplies and supplies for dogs and goats. They have a wide range of items including wormers, blanks, vaccines, halters, saddles, slippers, riding helmets and others. They even have a retail store.
I am sure my friend and his family would welcome trying out another supplier of horse supplies other than the supplier they are using right now.

Safety First, Always!
Accidents can happen anytime and anywhere, be it at home or in the workplace. Some accidents or mishaps can be avoided and should be prevented by following some basic rules, such as the use of gloves at the very minimum in the home environment when handling chemicals. In the workplace, protective gear would include face-mask and eye-wear in addition to gloves.
For your own and your co-workers' safety at the workplace, it is imperative to use protective gear as required. It is also important to know where other safety equipment is kept or located just in case you may need any when the occasion arises. Remember, safety first and better to be safe than sorry.

Packing The Essentials for A Holiday
It is the holiday season again here. School is out and families go for holidays either to local holiday destinations or overseas.
Packing is made easier based on a checklist. Every age-group requires different items, for example, babies and smaller children would require baby diapers, baby wipes, baby formula, milk bottles, etc, while adults will require their own range of items. Elderly folks would also require their own items. An elderly person would find wearing an adult diaper most convenient while travelling in case a toilet facility is not readily available.
Making sure every member of the family is well-stocked up on essentials makes for an enjoyable holiday.
