Brown rice is healthful









Rice is a staple this part of the world. Studies have indicated that rice is all carbohydrates and not much nutrition. However, this need not be the case as there is one type of rice that has nutrition. It is brown rice. Brown rice has five times more fiber than white rice and is just as versatile.

For the sake of good health, more and more people are switching to brown rice. Brown rice or rice for that matter, need not be a boring dish as there are many recipes available showing us different ways of making rice dishes.
