Some of us have our schedules so full that we can hardly find time to exercise. Exercising need not mean going to the gym. It can simply mean regular brisk-walking around the block or the park, or some stretching routine though ideally getting a cardio-muscular workout is essential.
Many people turn to yoga, tai chi or qigong for their workouts. If you are one who hardly has time to leave the home, why not invest in a good piece of fitness equipment? That way, you could have the best of both worlds - the benefit of exercise and not having to leave home for it.
