Popcorn is a good snack

These days, you can get all types of snacks readily available. The good old-fashioned popcorn is still a popular snack especially at cinemas and funfairs. Those popcorn machines never are idle for long.

Did you know that air-popped popcorn is naturally high in fiber, low in calories and fat, contains no sodium, and is sugar free? This can make it an attractive snack for people with dietary restrictions on the intake of calories, fat and/or sodium.
