Malaysia extends smoking ban

As reported by The Star, smoking ban in Malaysia is to be extended to cover 19 designated areas in the country.

The 19 areas include hospitals/clinics, public lifts and toilets, air-conditioned restaurants, public transport, government premises, educational institutions, petrol stations, Internet cafes and shopping complexes.

This is a good move by the government to promote a healthy environment for the people.
