Eat Right for Health

Not only the food we eat that contributes to our health, the way we prepare the food is just as important. According to a recent survey conducted locally, the Chinese people are less concerned with the type of food they consume. Too much fatty foods are consumed. That's why my friend asked me to go along to help her pick out some cookware specially made for steaming. Food that is steamed is more nutritious than other ways of preparation. Health is wealth, so we need to consciously eat healthily.
